If a booking is cancelled in writing more than 8 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday all efforts will be made by Alison Stephens to re-let Sefton House, and if successful your deposit will be refunded less 10% administration charges. If she cannot re let the property the full amount is forfeit. If a booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday the full rental is forfeit unless Alison Stephens can re - let the property, and if successful the full amount will be refunded less a 15% administration charge.

 

I strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy.

 

If for whatever reason beyond the owners control she is unable to provide the booked house she will refund all monies that have been paid in full and the hirer will have no further claim against her.

 

Alison Stephens has no responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, additional expenses  or inconvenience , directly or indirectly caused by or arising from the use of the property. She will do all that she can do to ensure that the accommodation is kept to a very high standard. She hopes you can help her keep it this way

 

The hirer undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture , fixtures and fittings in or around the premises clean and tidy and in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and also undertakes to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found and to pay the costs of any replacements or repairs which may occur.

 

Additional cleaning charges will be imposed depending, if necessary.
